Beautifully designed and comfortable hotel with THE friendliest staff

The room was modern, comfortable and well designed - the bed was huge! The staff were so freidnly and eager to help. It is a very easy place to stay - everything is at your fingertips. Great pool with delicious food and drinks available. The lagoon if you prefer to swim in the ocean. Sunbeds free to use. Transfers easy to organise. And a private park into the main street with restaurant and bars. I worked for a few days and the wifi was steady and strong enough for video calls.

The room was a touch small. Not really any space to lay our open suitcase. But that is a very small thing.

Very Good

The hotel is consistently good in everything. It will likely not impress you, but also will not disappoint. Great place if you just need a place to sleep and eat before kite or diving lessons. Diving school in the hotel is good, maybe a bit too pricey.

Staff can give a bit more immediate attention to guests. You often need to wait for drinks or food a bit longer. With just a bit more effort they can elevate the experience to the next level.

Good hotel with a great location

Great location in the heart of Downtown. Great pool set up. Private beach for sunbathing but not for swimming. Breakfast was very nice, big variety in a lovely waterfront restaurant.

Lots of the hotel activities took place underneath our window, which made it quite noisy. The bathroom in the room was bit odd. The toilet doesn't lock and has a gap around th door by design. The sink was in the middle of the room with no vanity unit or hidden storage. The room felt a little crammed for 2 people.

Great service, facilities and atmosphere. We enjoyed a very relaxing holiday at Cooks Club!

There was quite a lot of noise late at night from parties going on in the city (not from the hotel itself)

Wonderful

Great choice for a romantic stay without kids running around. Nice vibe to the place and they play nice music at the pool and their activities. Very good breakfast options. Location is extremely convenient and close to the "Downtown" which makes you a couple of minutes away from many resturants and cafes. They also offer free access to Zaytouna beach which was nice if you wanted to go to swim in the open sea.

Room and toilet were a bit tight but manageable. Outdoor areas had flies swarming at some times which can be reduced with proper pest control in my opinion.

Amazing discovery

Everything. From A to Z. The place is perfect, the staff is overwhelmingly nice and the facilities are awesome. We highly recommend the Friday Boat Party and booking at least the bed&breakfast option as there is a great selection of restaurants in all El Gouna that need to be tried. Special mention to Luma and Pasta e Basta. Special thanks to Marwa who helped me get my dietary restrictions covered on the boat, Olga for making sure we had fun on the boat and all the restaurant and bar and beach staff who made our stay so memorable. It's the perfect place to chill, as the Club concept is not actually a Club concept, apart from the Saturday Pool Party which was actually veeeery chill. We can't wait to be back!!!

Wouldn’t change a thing!

The hotel is really nice… great music, vibes, friendly people, great service (special shoutout to Majid at the bar too!!). Two mins walk to downtown where you can find great restaurants and shops. 100% recommended, staff were really accommodating and checked on us from time to time to make sure we were happy.

Perfect hotel if you want to relax and recharge

I had 4 lovely nights and days at Cook's Club. All I needed was an undisturbed and relaxed stay. Some down time from my job and a few days to charge up in the sun. As someone that didn't want to leave the hotel other than for a stroll or maybe dinner, this was the perfect location and hotel. The staff was amazing, the breakfast vast (shoutout to Fahim for his excellent pancakes and fun attitude). Special recommendations go out to the Monday BBQ. If you are travelling alone like me or with your partner or friend and you are looking for a relaxed time and plan to stay mostly at the hotel, look no further. For everyone else, the hotel and surroundings also offer more day trip activities but I didn't look at them to give a judgement. Just know that there are things to do if you would like to. If I had to complain about one thing, it would be the gym. It's built for Instagram but not for use. The weights are massive but light as everything is built out of wood and for strength training there are just two machines. Anyway, if I visit the red sea area again, I would come back!

A very pleasant hotel

Everything is as described. The staff are the very best asset of the hotel because they are warm and friendly. The room was pleasant and comfortable and the breakfast buffet extremely good. I am a little eccentric and desired contact with the ordinary Egyptian life and food so we took a bus, a Go-bus, to Hurghada on most days to explore, buy new eyeglasses, purchase herbs and spices... that worked for us. Cook's Club is remarkably well kept and a little too curated for an odd-ball such as me!
