Wonderful

Great service, facilities and atmosphere. We enjoyed a very relaxing holiday at Cooks Club!

There was quite a lot of noise late at night from parties going on in the city (not from the hotel itself)

Wouldn’t change a thing!

The hotel is really nice… great music, vibes, friendly people, great service (special shoutout to Majid at the bar too!!). Two mins walk to downtown where you can find great restaurants and shops. 100% recommended, staff were really accommodating and checked on us from time to time to make sure we were happy.

Good hotel with a great location

Great location in the heart of Downtown. Great pool set up. Private beach for sunbathing but not for swimming. Breakfast was very nice, big variety in a lovely waterfront restaurant.

Lots of the hotel activities took place underneath our window, which made it quite noisy. The bathroom in the room was bit odd. The toilet doesn't lock and has a gap around th door by design. The sink was in the middle of the room with no vanity unit or hidden storage. The room felt a little crammed for 2 people.

Amazing discovery

Everything. From A to Z. The place is perfect, the staff is overwhelmingly nice and the facilities are awesome. We highly recommend the Friday Boat Party and booking at least the bed&breakfast option as there is a great selection of restaurants in all El Gouna that need to be tried. Special mention to Luma and Pasta e Basta. Special thanks to Marwa who helped me get my dietary restrictions covered on the boat, Olga for making sure we had fun on the boat and all the restaurant and bar and beach staff who made our stay so memorable. It's the perfect place to chill, as the Club concept is not actually a Club concept, apart from the Saturday Pool Party which was actually veeeery chill. We can't wait to be back!!!

Wonderful

Great choice for a romantic stay without kids running around. Nice vibe to the place and they play nice music at the pool and their activities. Very good breakfast options. Location is extremely convenient and close to the "Downtown" which makes you a couple of minutes away from many resturants and cafes. They also offer free access to Zaytouna beach which was nice if you wanted to go to swim in the open sea.

Room and toilet were a bit tight but manageable. Outdoor areas had flies swarming at some times which can be reduced with proper pest control in my opinion.

Cute, clean and very comfortable hotel. No noisy music all day... very peaceful around the pool. Tuesday party night excellent with fantastic entertainment. Lovely breakfast. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Amazing Holiday in El Gouna!

I think this is one of the most comfortable hotels in El Gouna and its prices are excellent compared to other hotels. The staff is amazing and this is one of the most important things about Arena Inn. The staff were helpful and everything we asked for was delivered and/or provided! The breakfast buffet was also very good and the pool is large with enough seating all around. One last perk is that the lobby is comfortable to sit in and enjoy the free wireless internet.

Nice clean friendly hotel

Professional and smiley staff with great attitude. Good breakfast Clean room Clean cushions

A/C too cold even though I set it to 26. At the same time due to te heat , one cannot survive without A/C for more than 15 minutes The pillows are very uncomfortable. Woke up with a stiff neck.

The location is central and walking distance from DownTown restaurants and supermarkets. The pool is very convenient for young children. Staff friendly and helpful.

The rooms are small especially for a couple with child/children. But it was still good value for money.

Been to Arena Inn many times and this was our best stay, room was cleaned every day!

I liked that when we asked to change rooms due to the hotel not receiving our request for a ground floor room that the staff were more than willing to help and provided a travel cot for my baby. Although we didn't use it, it was a nice addition to the room.

I feel like the breakfast still needs more variety, I much preferred the eggs with the shell on to peel myself. Some of the cakes on offer seemed a little old.

It is in the middle of everywhere... a 200 meters walk from the Center of Gouna night life, restaurants/Cafe/bar area and the main 2 supermarkets and the Butcher.. so it was simply great for me and my family.. did not use the car except for going to the Marina area or getting to Hurghada. the Hotel it self is Simple as needed, i am not going to Gouna to Spend the time in the room.. Smal tidy and clean place with good air condition and fair sound isolation.

Did not take the breakfast offer. too much per person vs eating in the places 100 meters away from the hotel.

I liked how the staff were very accomodating and helpful!

The towels were a bit worn out and not as fresh as I would expect them to be! Also no ameneties in the room, ex; sewing kit (had to ask for one)

The stay was good but the facilities and service need to be improved.

The hotel is comfortable and location is good and clean and the beach is good.
